Snoop Dogg reportedly backed an offer from Los Angeles-based entrepreneur Neko Sparks to buy shares in the hockey club. The goal of this unusual investment is to create the most diverse ownership group in NHL history, with more than a dozen investors from a variety of backgrounds.
